THe answer to the rot within the mnc/inc...mmf/inc..friendship centres.non profit groups is absolute.some of these players have been at it for forty years...and have grown fat and corrupt under this system....SOOOOOO at the end of this fiscal year transfer FUNDING DIRECTLY TO THE COMMUNITIES.they are quite capable of serving there constituents..with better results...I am avaible to meet with you and discuss this further...
