THIS IS MY TAKE ON THIS METIS MATTER!!!!!

Good Morning Folks.....

This my take on this metis matter..re: the recent court case mmf/inc--vs govt can/man...
The judge decided...no relief...meaning pay your own costs,,,,!!!!!!!

No Treaty or agreement this was an act of parliment.......
For some time i have indicated this was no treaty

Now Folks this does not mean that the metis cannot make a treaty with the Standing Govt of Canada....

That the metis people waited to long to bring their case to court...delayed...

Now folks I disagree with that..there are many reasons... first of all to we believe that!!!!!! I do!!!!! so we each have our position...

That the metis are metis not INDIANS the court stated!!!!!

I wholeheartly believe that to>>>they the metis made it clear during that period 1869 70....that they are metis and wish to be treated as such!!!!!!!

there is a great wrong here ....in all this.. that need to be corrected by metis people hopefully soon...Was there a great rush to bring this case to the countries court???I think so..we the metis AS A PEOPLE never really studied this question..that is the FLAW the Court is talking about Folks we have to correct that matter!!!!!!
That the mmf/inc could not act on behalf of metis people and couldnt bring any action before the courts

I wholeheartly Agree...the mmf/inc and its minions take notice...this is my position for some time others believe that too...
The mmf/inc in its present Capacity have no such mandate .. except maybe for some of its members..maybe!!!!!

Folks we the Ancestors of the historic metis people Feel that our people was swindled..!!!!!now it is up to us to correct this wrong

MY POSITION IS THAT EVERYTHING IS ON THE TABLE... OUR FUTURE IS IN OUR HANDS THIS IS A MATTER THAT NEED S STUDY !!!!!!

THERE IS MUCH MORE TO THIS MATTER AND WILL OVER TIME EXPRESS MYSELF AS I HAVE DONE IN THE PAST...THEIR IS A SAYING BY THE INDIAN PEOPLE THE METIS PEOPLE ARE THE BOSS OF THEMSELVES ...LETS NOT DISAPPOINT THEM...AND OURSELVES..
