This morning the w.f.p. points the squabbles between the mayor of winnipeg,and the Premier on maitoba.....over what else !!!!!money !!!!!
one option is to move the people to-wards a --CITY STATE ..... this was common in the history of civilization....CITIES in CANADA...need more power and control over them-selves to serve their citizens As the SHOULD!!!!!!!!
No one should be on their Knees begging for something which rightly belongs to them!!!!! the first thing i would do if i was the mayor of the city state... winnipeg...would be to order the province to move their Legislative body out of winnipeg to Steinback, or DUCK BAY .....
