Can they withdraw from a treaty..?????Article wpg free press.On Monday jan 7th 2007 by Colleen Simard....For the last couple of days I sat on this ..... I agree that those PEOPLE, or STATE,who signed a treaty with another Sovereign State ..... They can withdraw from a treay!!!!!!for a determined reason ...... when a people of a state decide !!!!!!
