As long as the metis people remain under n.p.cs. they will not advance ...except in the minds of a few who now control the NPCS......
Canada is not being CHALLENGED ...AS long as the Policies of Canada remain we will remain as mere STATISTICS ...to be bandied about ......and left in the dustbin of failed historical measures....THE ANSWER!!!!!
