Time to shift power where it belongs..!!!!For the mmf/inc...It is well placed to establish a world class Cultural Centre here in winnipeg....In a prime location at the FORKS.......IT WOULD SERVE ALL METIS CITIZENS WITHIN OUR METIS COUNTRY....Nothing less should will be accepted!!!!!!Its responsibility would be Cultural..........nothing else...!!!!!.... it would function at the pleasure at theMetis Nation Government!!!!!
Now the governing of the metis nation Must be to Establish our Nation to carry on its Sovereign Functions of State!!!!This is what metis Nationhood means to me...we have come of age!!!!!!
