This the last day of 2007.....Time for metis people to show some resolve...I note that over the last while there is calls for action on the operations of the mmf/inc.....While its very difficult to prove anything...there is a wide view among metis people that something is not right.....and it seems that the only place to resolve the matter is in the Courts....a place where the ordinary Metis Citizen cannot bring any action for obvious reasons...I believe that what they are asking for ...is a place where metis people can gather to talk about the issues that concern and trouble them.!!!!!!..to get some answer's and to express their thoughts ....without being attacked...... to understand.... to get ANSWERS..!!!!.....So time for action on this is needed...we don't need to tie a bell around the beast's neck .....maybe a rope around the neck... to haul in the beast will do for now!!!!!..FOLKS HAVE A BETTER 2008......

The mmf/inc boxed itself in a corner...where it has no wiggle room.....it can only follow the course it has chosen unwisely.......in its action before the courts in Canada/Manitoba.....those involved are lukewarm ,but have no choice but to continue their stance!!!!!!!
So they proceed to run through the process,and in the end where will they be!!!!!! no-where......
The govts of Canada/Manitoba.....at the end of this action....still have all the powers to do nothing...or maybe do something to the metis people.......

This my take on this metis matter..re: the recent court case mmf/inc--vs govt can/man...
The judge decided...no relief...meaning pay your own costs,,,,!!!!!!!

No Treaty or agreement this was an act of parliment.......
For some time i have indicated this was no treaty

Now Folks this does not mean that the metis cannot make a treaty with the Standing Govt of Canada....

That the metis people waited to long to bring their case to court...delayed...

Now folks I disagree with that..there are many reasons... first of all to we believe that!!!!!! I do!!!!! so we each have our position...

That the metis are metis not INDIANS the court stated!!!!!

I wholeheartly believe that to>>>they the metis made it clear during that period 1869 70....that they are metis and wish to be treated as such!!!!!!!

there is a great wrong here ....in all this.. that need to be corrected by metis people hopefully soon...Was there a great rush to bring this case to the countries court???I think so..we the metis AS A PEOPLE never really studied this question..that is the FLAW the Court is talking about Folks we have to correct that matter!!!!!!

The Rationalization of the MNC affiliates over the last few days on their web sites and how they defended themselves was in itself interesting!!!!!For many reasons they tell you a lot of themselves!!!!!the only one that has not responded was the sask....operation at least i could not find it!!!!!...

The Weak chair person Dale Leclair was the main problem...he had absolute control... backed by the courts and could not make a decision... that folks is outright COWARDLY.....and deserves to be kick out!!!!!! The -----MNA__seems to be the main issue here ....i have to ADMIRE the president of the MNA.for her courage and principles in standing firm...Before all this took place I knew that any provincial metis Corporation would not have problems complying with the court order.... and take any elected person !!!!!Be it local chair etc,etc,etc,thats what she did...all this BLARNEY about Protecting DEMOCRACY is bullshit!!!!!!I have no Doubt that were she to pull MNA out of the MNC she would have no problem operation the MNA and i wish her the best!!!!!!In fact i would be prepared to travel to ALTA and share with her my concept of Metis Nationhood....!!!!!!..Have safe weekend Folks..

this is a practice by people every where...the difference here is that..... The ongoing double-talk by the mnc/mmf/inc.... is keeping the metis people here in Manitoba at a loss.....they show no clear wording on the question of metis nationhood...to date not-one has clearly stated what exactly they mean on the main question...not even on small points of interest to metis people..For example who would be the ..ELECTED-BOSS for all undertaking`s for the metis nation here in manitoba...would all other non-profits now existing and delivering services to metis citizens be eliminated????? can any metis out there tell me what exactly they mean by saying the metis nation??????Can the mmf be clear on this question!!!!??????

Attention you parents.....

you are responsible for failing your children....Now your children are in what is called Foster care...which some have said is the greatest care to-day I say thats a crock of SHIT!!!!!!!!!...Also there are Writer,s in our two daily papers that report on the misery of our children and how they are expressing their outrage and some possible solutions...Which is another Crock of SHIT!!!!!! Foster care is all about MONEY..!!!!! good caring care is hardly considered!!!! merely a place to put them with the least fuss possible!!!!!!....Meanwhile those children in care are subject to
whims and daily abuses of those in charge of their care!!!!!all putting on a nice face!!!!!! it is and continues to be a human disaster...i challenge anyone to dispute what i say!!!!!!in any public forum with no holds barred!!!!let me hear what your solution is..!!!! i will put forward mine!!!!!all children need help.... but i make it clear i am here for the well-being of metis children!!!!!

Why they go to court to settle matters....Folks Corporations Have no alternative but to go to court to settle matters...the reason is that they are not political!!!!!!Now if we had a POLITICAL METIS NATION Formally established!!!!Well an attempt to settle within the nation would be available.......so the mmf/inc.... sued some individuals here in Manitoba which is being played out in A Canadian Court has we speak...And now the MNC is in A Ottawa Court.... possibly again to-morrow to settle what has been HALTED by the court in Ottawa... on recent actions by the mnc,and some bogs........the corporations have become self-serving and the metis are being used apparently with your consent...What a bunch of losers you turn out to be!!!!!

The mnc claims to speak for Approx 350,000 to 400,000 metis people to-day!!!!!!!
they claim that!!!!!! i challenge their statment!!!!!!
but folks there is another matter on the actual metis population i wish to bring up!!!!!!
from my conservative estimate.... I have this figure that by 2015 the metis will number 764,000 to 1,ooo,ooo..... they are mostly on the prairies,but they are also all over the world...!!!!!!!and they are not represented by these non-profit corporations....nor do they wish to belong them!!!!!...so this unfolding historical matter has yet to determine where exactly they will fit into the metis picture of the future!!!!!!folks this will be interesting!!!!!
