Metis Children need an AVOCATE to stand up for them..!!!!!!! DEVOLUTION FROM THE PROVINCE TO OTHERS IS A KOP-OUT it serves no-one!!!!!!......Those agencies who are now in charge of this misery...Have not Examined themselves as a people!!!!!.... and therefore are not equipped,nor do they have the capacity... or leadership to undertake this task!!!!!!they have become the UNDERTAKERS IN THE CHILDREN`S LAST gasp!!!!!!!!..
