canada`s legal community huffs and puffs.About the demotion of one judge Glenn Joyal...and replaced on the Manitoba Court Of Appeal!!!! by judge Alan MacInnes...now folks the reason I raise this matter is whats going on with the MMF/INC---VS----Canada------- judge alan MacInnes is the judge that heard the case!!!!!!!but nothing forthcoming so far...... maybe before july 10 2007 when HE will be appointed to the Manitoba court of Appeals...To the Metis People out there in the Manitoba Metis Homeland...be prepared for this ruling!!!!!!!your Individual Sovereign metis rights are at Stake here!!!!!!I can tell you now That the mmf/inc--mnc--- will never speak for me on matter`s of metis historical legal rights ---they are INFRINGING ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL SOVEREIGN RIGHTS!!!!!!!WE CAN ONLY WAIT NOW FOR THE COURTS DECISION!!!!!!
