Good Morning Folks...
The title this morning is the words of Jim Prentice......min of indians affairs and northern affairs...Tuesday February 6th 2007...
The assembly of first nations.... said that their were up to 27,000 indian children in care!!!!!and that they needed more money to deal with the problems....
Prentice said he knows their is a huge problem,and is trying to figure out what to do!!!he also said the number of children in Apprehension has increased by 65% in the last ten years... ... he admits that he is trying to deal with it!!!he does not pretend that he has the answers.....the Indian Boss says he needs more money to fix the problem!!!!!!!!now let us look at what they the Indian Tribes Recieve and you tell me if money is the problem!!!!!!!!
They are covered by TREATIES that commits CANADA to deliver Services that can be described as looking after a people from the WOMB TO THE TOMB!!!!!!
ACCORDING TO THE INDIAN BOSS...MORE MONEY IS REQUIRED TO FIX IT!!!!
